Oh yes, potatoes! Being a former farm boy, I am all about taters, made any way (at least so far ). I was thinking , I seldom go through a day with out them at least one time, more is preferred though . Some may warn that it is to many carbs, but I can be a carb guy so go for it . The weird part is, I like them boiled. mashed, baked, fried, made into soup, it so unlimited! Do yo have a style that you make or prefer to eat? I would really like to see what you do with them, so please share

 Mashed potatoes! I can eat them every day. There are so many different things to add to them,, yummy!

 It's funny ...I consider myself a meat and potatoes gal yet I hardly ever make them. But when I go out to eat .... baked, french fried, hash browns, steak fries ... yep!
Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation bangs on the door forever!

 at home, its oven-baked yukon gold thin potato wedges,
tossed in a bit of evoo and seasoning before baking.

at a restaurant (back in the day), its ONLY 5-GUYS cajun fries,
which they fry in peanut oil, or its a different side altogether.
anyone else fries is "just fries" in comparison.
* allergy alert, dont even go IN if you and peanuts dont get along.

sorry, the ORIGINAL 5-GUYS family-run CHAIN
is only in wash dc, philly and nyc areas,
as well as n.caro, fla, tx and mich.
that is, IF they re-open.

 Good morning Pal, I just love potatoes too, and these pictures you have shared have now made me hungry. You know recently while at the store hubby saw these potatoes and we really enjoy them they are so good. I hope you have a wonderful day..
