best method is sprinting, but dont worry if you cant go for more than the end of the street. warm up with a jog and sprint your self till your finding it uncomfortable to breath. then powerwalk to get back your breath and sprint again. do this so you sprint at least 5times before you quit as doing it in bursts increases endurance, and we all know how useful that is

I use to jog during the week. But, with my schedule these days I have got myself a Gazelle Edge Elliptical machine which I use for 30 minutes a day 6 days a week.
